Lea Melrose
Lea is an experienced and passionate travel agent with more than 20 years in the industry. Having worked for both airlines and retail travel agencies, Lea has developed enduring relationships with clients, many of whom have stayed loyal to her for over two decades. Lea has extensive global travel background having travelled to many countries herself. With Lea’s knowledge and passion for travel it has fuelled her expertise and enthusiasm making her dedicated to creating exceptional and personal experiences for all her client’s needs.

Nicola Fair
Nicola is a seasoned travel broker with over 33 years in the industry. Based in Te Anau, she brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every booking, with a strong focus on adventure travel, cruising, and family-friendly holidays.
Her deep knowledge and practical experience - especially travelling with kids, means she understands what it takes to make a trip smooth, fun, and truly memorable. Nicola is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients’ travel experiences.
